Theme
With MS, your abilities can change from day to day. Some may think you’re “fine” because they saw you active yesterday, not realizing today your body feels like it’s carrying bricks. Their misunderstanding can be hurtful — but God fully knows and understands your capacity.
Scripture
“You have searched me, LORD, and you know me.” — Psalm 139:1 (NIV)
Devotional
One of the hardest parts of MS is explaining it to people who can’t see it. You may hear comments like, “But you were walking fine yesterday,” or “You just need more rest,” as if they’ve solved the mystery. You don’t need to justify your experience to anyone — not when the Creator of the universe knows you inside and out. He knows what your body can and can’t do each day, and He doesn’t love you any less for it.The truth is, even those with the best intentions can’t always understand. But their lack of understanding doesn’t make your struggle less real. Anchor yourself in the One who sees the invisible and meets you with compassion, not judgment. Music Link:

You Know Me
Lyrics
(Verse 1)They see the smile, they see me standBut they don’t feel the trembling in my handsThey think they know the miles I’ve runBut they don’t feel the weight when the day is done(Chorus)You know me, every rise and fallEvery whispered prayer, every silent callWhen the world can’t see what’s underneathI find my rest in the One who knows me(Verse 2)Some days I walk, some days I crawlBut You hold my heart through it allYou see the fight no one else can seeYou stand beside when I’m on my knees(Chorus)You know me, every rise and fallEvery whispered prayer, every silent callWhen the world can’t see what’s underneathI find my rest in the One who knows me(Bridge)You search me, You know meYou’re the light that holds meThrough the night, through the painYou remain the same Jesus(Chorus)You know me, every rise and fallEvery whispered prayer, every silent callWhen the world can’t see what’s underneathI find my rest in the One who knows me
Prayer
Lord, thank You for knowing me completely — every thought, every weakness, every need. Help me to rest in Your understanding when others can’t see my struggle. Give me grace to respond with patience and love. Amen.
